Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation & Refunds
Returning an item could'nt be easier. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving the shipment (date of receiving the shipment will be considered as date the item is delivered by our courier company) , by emailing us at email@example.com. Please mention "Return and (your order number)" in the subject line.
You may return items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 14 days as long as the Kara price tag is still attached. We highly recommend returning the item via tracked shipping in order to guarantee delivery.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item/(s). Please make sure your item/(s) - are returned new, unused and with all the tags intact. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
You can also exchange your item in our store in Dubai (please see contact details listed below) within 14 days of receiving the shipment (date of receiving the shipment will be considered as date the item is delivered by our courier company) if the Kara security tag is still attached.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before the item has been shipped from our store in Dubai (whichever is earlier); refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We are unable to process any cancellations once the item/(s) have been shipped from our store in Dubai.
Our refund will be credited to the original payment method. We can issue cash refunds for Cash on Delivery orders only. Otherwise we can refund via credit card or Paypal, whichever was used for online payment.
Please note that the original and return shipping costs, customs and taxes cannot be refunded and any shipping costs relating to returning the items to us are carried by the customer.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges of accessories, bags, limited edition prints and customised items.
