How can I place an order at Kara?

Visit us on and select the items you like by clicking on the item, selecting your preferred size and quantity and finally clicking on "Add to Cart"

Your item is then automatically added to the cart and you can continue shopping.

Once you have finished shopping, you may click on the "cart" icon on the header of the home page. You can then "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout".

If you are a new customer, you can fill in your details, otherwise to save time, click on "login to speed up your checkout".

You may change you delivery method on the right hand side by selecting "change" Select "proceed to checkout" Choose your desired payment method and click on "Proceed". You will receive your Kara creation in a box wrapped with love! Don't forget to "SHARE" your order on social media platforms.

It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at For convenience we do not require you to login to browse our collections. Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?

If you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can return it back to us and we will provide you with a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges for delivery and returns).

Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?

Lovefromkara is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in our workshop and studio that is not open to customers. You are welcome to contact us on +971 52 624 4245 (international call charges apply) from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sunday to Thursday or alternatively contact us via email on We offer a much simpler solution: Everything you see on our website can be bought and delivered to your doorstep. In case you don't like your item or it doesn't fit, you can exchange it or order a new item within 14 days or courier it back to us and request a refund.

Can I order items in bulk to resell them?

We do not support bulk ordering. The reason is that customs authorities require additional paperwork for bulk shipments. We would love for you to order anything you like for yourself but we might have to block an order if we think you're ordering to resell. However, if you are a retail store and would like to stock Kara, please contact us on and we will provide you will all the information you need to become a Kara retail partner.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email to find out if there is a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).

What payment methods does accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We also offer Cash on Deliver for our customers in the UAE only. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Does ship to multiple addresses?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of purchase. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will refund the amount to you.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your order details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER HISTORY.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
