SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders(within UAE) will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Free shipping is offered to customers in the UAE on all orders above AED 500 or USD 135.
For International CustomersFree shipping is offered to international customers on all orders above AED 1800 or USD 500.
Lovefromkara.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by lovefromkara.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THEIR COUNTRY’S LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR IMPORTING GOODS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSOCIATED FEES, TAXES OR OTHER DUTIES APPLIED FROM IMPORTING GOODS TO YOUR COUNTRY.International Shipments on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order. We do not receive any part of/profit from customs or import fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us at our expense. Please note that we will then deduct any related charges incurred from the refunded amount of your original purchase. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes then we reserve the right to charge you with any additional costs incurred to lovefromkara.com.
